Dear Parishioners,

The original list of needs that our parish sought to address by launching our Capital Campaign in 2021, included a roof on what is now called our Discipleship Center, church lighting and HVAC system and the church parking lot and sidewalks. Thus far, under Father Guy and because of an emergency at that time, monies from the Capital Campaign have been used to replace part of the HVAC system in the Discipleship Center. Since I arrived at the parish on Sept. 1^st, 2023, we have been able to replace the roof on the Discipleship Center. In addition, since there were needed repairs in that building due to years of accumulated water damage, we have also addressed that need. Unexpected issues in the Parish Hall were the need to replace the Alarm System and Exhaust System in the kitchen. This was required so that we could legally occupy the building. As we began this work, the Knights of Columbus donated a new range and an anonymous parishioner donated new cabinets.  Also, since many of the floor tiles were loose, it became apparent that the floor needed to be replaced.

 As it is now, the kitchen is nearing completion and I am now seeking to address the next most important issue, which is the church HVAC system.
